Refund policy

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 64, the Client, qualified as Consumer, has the right to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, without any penalty or motivation, within 14 working days from receipt of purchased products.

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal the Client must express its will filling and submitting the withdrawal request form. The Client will get a reply to its return request, containing methods and address to send back the returned products.

Shipping costs for returns are always on the Client who must send back the returned products without damages, without signs of dirt or wear and with their complete original package. The return of purchased products must be done using a trackable shipping service and the Client must communicate the tracking code at the email address info@solemateprints.com after the shipment. We are not responsible in any way of damages, theft or loss occurring during or due to the shipment method chosen for return.

The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the return request and will be issued only after receipt of the returned products by reversing the amount charged on the same payment method used by Client, unless otherwise agreed. The Client will be refunded only for the returned products, excluding the original shipping costs.
