Shipping policy
We ship both domestic (Italy) and international (EU, UK, Switzerland and selected countries worldwide). Delivery times, starting from the day of collection by the courier, are 2 up to 3 business days (monday-friday, excluding holidays) for domestic orders and 3 up to 5 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary from above depending on destination and during specific moments of the year (eg. holidays) depending only on shipping services. We are not responsible in any way of delays due to shipping services, unpredictable events (eg. weather conditions, strikes etc.) and customs procedures.
After the shipment has been processed, the Client will get from us or directly from the courier the shipment tracking number via email at the email address given during the purchase process. During the shipping/delivery process the Client may receive updates about its shipment directly from the courier via email or text at the email address or mobile number given during the purchase process.
Shipping rates may vary depending on destination and are calculated during the checkout process. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over €100 in Europe/UK and for orders over €200 in North America/Asia/Australia.
Deliveries will be addressed at the address given by the Client during the purchase process. We are not responsible in any way of delivery mistakes due to missing details or errors made by the Client during the purchase/checkout process. We are not responsible in any way of delays or damages occurring after the collection by the courier.
After the successful delivery the Client must check the package and the status of the goods and report asap any problem at the email address info@solemateprints.com
